BizPilot is an AI-powered assistant that helps you run a business: it drafts documents, keeps records, sends messages you approve, and summarises information. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or over and authorised to act for the business you register. Keep your PIN confidential; you are responsible for activity under your login and any helpers you add.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars by card through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time (access continues to the end of the paid period; no refunds for partial months). Each plan includes a monthly number of requests; we may limit service when it is exceeded. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to send spam or unwanted messages, to harass anyone, or to process data you have no right to process. Do not attempt to access other users' data or to disrupt the Service.
The assistant generates content automatically and can be wrong: figures, dates, names, tax treatment, legal wording and summaries of emails may contain errors or omissions. Everything it produces is a draft for your review. You are responsible for checking documents before you send them, for the accuracy of your records, and for your tax and legal obligations. The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Reminders and briefings are aids, not guarantees that nothing was missed.
Emails, reminders and documents are sent only when you ask. You are the sender and responsible for their content and for complying with any laws on commercial messaging.
Your records belong to you. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to provide the Service. You can export them at any time and ask for deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on AI output or from third-party services (payment, email, hosting). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and disputes are subject to the courts of Jamaica, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
